Connection. The one major thing we need and crave as humans. Art truly connects us beyond what we can put into words. Connects us to our own selves and our wounds, our dreams and visions, our souls. Connects us to the world and humans that we’re meant to be closer to. Connects us with families, and brings us together. What a gift that is.
The most frequently asked question I get asked by photographers is “How do you capture such intimate connection and emotion?” I’ve thought long and hard how to put my methods into words. Here it is.
